We all know that video and images are a big part of our marketing to been seen and heard.
Most people use their mobile phones and tablets now and Google search for therapists in their area. Long ago were the days of Yellow Pages and print!
Our websites need images, our social media pages need images and our future clients want to build relationships and get to know us before they book.
But, I find in the therapy industry a lot of therapists are frightened of being seen. There are a lot of blocks and excuses used for not providing images…….. ‘I don’t like having my photo taken, I must lose weight, I look ugly, my hair needs to be done, I am not wearing makeup. I don’t like posing, it’s showing off, I can’t afford professional photos’ and the list goes on!
I have tried different things over the years and a lot of it was pushing lots of my buttons and stepping out of my comfort zone. To move forward with my business I knew that I would have to provide images and be seen.
Also a lot of what I hear is that ‘I am not techy and I don’t know what to do’
So this month’s Monthly Module is all about the equipment and platforms I use behind the scenes to create images for my holistics business.
